Finance & Operation Lead

As a Finance and Operation Lead, you will oversee Qlic’s finance, admin, and operational processes to ensure the company runs efficiently, profitably, and compliantly. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related -5–10 years of experience in finance / ops roles (preferably SME or agency) -Strong in cash flow, cost control, budgeting, and reporting -Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented -Able to work independently with a proactive mindset -Familiarity with Xero, or similar tools is a bonus    Bonus Advantage : -Experience in event management, media, or marketing industry -Familiarity with project budgeting and cost tracking -Ability to build automation or reporting dashboards (Power BI / Google Sheets)
