Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Auto Count, or others).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and review work effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the preparation of full set accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.Review and verify tasks completed by fellow Account Executives to ensure accuracy and compliance.Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported in a timely manner.Handling account for audits and tax-related activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.Prepare management reports and financial statements.Liaise with auditor, company secretary, bankers and government authorities as required.Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.Perform other administrative and financial duties as required.Benefits
