Requirements

  • Education level SPM or Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • Previous clerical or receptionist experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Friendly, professional, and punctual with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Record all incoming and outgoing lorries and coordinate with drivers.
  • Manage basic billing processes and generate Delivery Orders (DO) and goods receipt bills.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents and records on a daily basis.
  • Update and monitor stock reports accurately.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and provide timely assistance or redirection.
  • Perform general clerical tasks and assist with office operations as needed.
