Requirements
- Education level SPM or Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Previous clerical or receptionist experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Friendly, professional, and punctual with a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities
Record all incoming and outgoing lorries and coordinate with drivers.Manage basic billing processes and generate Delivery Orders (DO) and goods receipt bills.Maintain proper filing of documents and records on a daily basis.Update and monitor stock reports accurately.Answer phone calls professionally and provide timely assistance or redirection.Perform general clerical tasks and assist with office operations as needed.Benefits
