Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field. Fresh Graduate are welcomed too.
  • Relevant experience in an Inbound call center or customer service role is plus point
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to build rapport and trust.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and provide relevant solutions.
