Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field. Fresh Graduate are welcomed too.
- Relevant experience in an Inbound call center or customer service role is plus point
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
