The Business Support Executive provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient business functions. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and clients, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting in day-to-day office operations and performing tasks as assigned by management. -Manages team business operation and daily activities -Prepare sales report to Superior and assist superior to monitor sales activities in Consumer and Wholesales team -Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to day office and business operations activities -Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system -Drafting business letter, memos, and confidential documents in timely manner -Sorting and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms -Liaise with internal department and customers on related administrative matters -Responsible of data entry for customer’s application -Perform outgoing phone calls to assist customer as needed -Preparing and issuing of quotation, DOs, Invoices, POs, faxing, photocopy and scanning -Handle client’s complaints / disputes in a professional manner -Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-redtone-telecommunications-sdn-bhd-job-business-support-executive]
