Requirements
- Comfortable and enthusiastic in front of the camera conducting live broadcasts
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in scheduled arrangements and shifts
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and industry best practices.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience or background in sales, marketing, e-commerce, mass communication, media, social media would be an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, or other relevant channels.Introduce and promote products in an engaging, clear, and confident manner.Interact actively with the audience through comments, Q&A, games, and giveaways to boost engagement.Prepare product scripts, selling points, and demo items before going live.Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to plan content, themes, and promotional campaigns.Maintain high energy and a positive on-camera personality throughout the live session.Monitor live performance (viewers, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback or reports for improvement.Ensure proper setup of lighting, background, attire, and technical equipment before each session.Support content creation such as short videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and product teasers when needed.Stay updated on latest live streaming trends, audience behavior, and competitors' strategies .Benefits
