Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Ensure service quality and performance meet business expectations (SLA & KPIs)
  • Contribute to major incident management in coordination with MIM teams
  • Lead escalation resolution during minor incidents or high-priority cases
  • Monitor operational compliance with internal processes (Silva, Harmony, change boards)
  • Oversee service provider performance and manage continuous improvement plans
  • Maintain and enhance the Target Operating Model (TOM) alongside product owners
  • Validate product readiness (documentation, incident management) before go-live (move2Run)
  • Drive operational governance with internal markets and entities
  • Act as Data Steward to ensure product data accuracy within Silva
  • Define and enforce readiness rules to secure product transitions to production

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience with IT service chain, incident, problem, and change management
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL Service Management (certification preferred)
  • Background in IT or business-related university studies
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment
  • Understanding of operational governance, compliance (SOX, data privacy)
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
  • You have strong influencing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at various levels
