Responsibilities

Dealing with industrial properties new developments or the Sub sale market

Closely follow up on all the leads generated from company marketing activities

Find potential customers

Meet and present properties to potential clients in person or via online presentations to achieve successful transactions

Assist buyers to apply for loans and contact bankers

Work with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns
