Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.Enforcing company SOPs diligently.Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints.Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant department in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.Benefits
