Job Description :
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation : Collect and analyze sales data from multiple platforms to identify trends, highlight patterns, and detect any irregularities or challenges.
- Problem Solving & Opportunity Mapping : Leverage data insights to pinpoint performance shortfalls, uncover market opportunities, and identify areas for strategic improvement.
- Monitoring & Reporting : Track essential performance indicators such as sales volume, return on investment from campaigns, and distribution efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on goals and support the implementation of insights-driven initiatives.
- Process Optimization : Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and analytics tools to continuously improve data accuracy, reporting standards, and overall decision-making processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a relevant disciplineAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, CRM systems, and SAP is a plusMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analytics role, ideally within a retail, FMCG, or trade marketing contextWillingness to travel locally as needed for business activitiesRequirements
