About the Role : We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join Johor team as Full-Time employee. As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities : -Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily. -Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be our product specialist. -Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt. -Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying. -Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Requirements : -Required education : Diploma / Bachelor Degree and above. -Good in English (in terms of communication, reading and writing). -Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. -Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people. -Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative. -Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.
