Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma or higher in any related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Food Production, Central Kitchen, or equivalent
- Must possess excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer literate is an added advantage
- Willing to work on Weekend or Public Holidays
Responsibilities
Job Summary :
The role will be responsible for overall Central Kitchen operations, staff training, stock replenishment, and ensuring cooking methods and procedures are followed and staff is trained on preparation techniques.
Responsibilities :
Place daily orders for Central Kitchen according to usageMaintain inventory levels and ensure stocks are sufficient for daily productionReceive goods from warehouse and segregate goods for storageAssign workers on daily tasks to ensure smooth production andSupervise workers to ensure workers followed SOPPlan workers’ weekly work scheduleEnsure sufficient workers to support daily operationEnsure equipment are all in good condition and report on the breakdownResponsible in solving production issues and make appropriate decisionTrain worker in specific stations and cross-train where necessaryKey in Finished Good production in ERP systemResponsible to report all issues to the managementEnsure raw materials in chiller / freezer / dry store are well organizedFollow HACCP standard in Central KitchenAny other responsibilities that assigned by superiorBenefits
