- Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment / deduction
- Calculate staff’s OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing
- To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
- Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records
- Manage employee personnel file and data management
- Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff / position
- Assist in reviewing retail staff’s KPI
- Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties
Requirements
SPM or above qualificationsStrong attention to detailAbility to keep and operate in total confidentialityRequired language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of the data needs to be entry in Mandarin)Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power pointAble to start work immediately will be an advantageDiploma or Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
