Job Summary :
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer to become a vital part of our Office 365 support team . In this position, you’ll provide post-sales technical assistance for a range of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams , and more. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin , with strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for delivering world-class support to a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver timely and effective technical support for Microsoft Office 365 services through phone, email, and live chat .
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams , and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin with a diverse customer base.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the support platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate unresolved or complex cases as needed.
Continuously update knowledge on new Office 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science , or a closely related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in technical support , especially involving Microsoft Office 365 or cloud-based services .
Solid understanding of the Office 365 ecosystem and its core components.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin .
Ability to thrive in a high-paced, customer-centric environment .
Possession of Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-203 ) is an added advantage.
