Diploma or Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in equipment servicing is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Language required : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Service Engineer

We invite you to join our team as a Service Engineer, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, supporting our clients across diverse industry sectors with reliable and high-quality technical services.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform equipment installation and set-up at customer sites.

Conduct calibration, testing, and performance verification to ensure systems meet technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Provide on-site service support independently or as part of a team.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on proper equipment use and care.

Prepare accurate and timely service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal and customer records.
