Requirements
- 3-4 years hands-on experience in managing social media and paid ads
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MassComm, or related field
- Familiar with social media platforms / trends (FB,IG,TT,YT,WS)
- Familiar with Meta Busness Suite,Meta Ads Manager, TikTok ads Managers, Google Ads
- Data-driven mindset : able to interpret CTR, CPC,CPA, ROAS
- Design & video editing fundamentals
- Strong marketing planning & creative promotion
- Posessess good data analysis ability, teamwork, quick response
- Excellent time-management.
Responsibilities
Plan online marketing campaign based on the company's objectivesPrepare a monthly marketing calendarPlan and schedule content for platforms (FB,IG,TT,YT,WS)Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, engagementSet up, run, monitor, analyze, generate reports ad campaigns.Stay updated with the latest video content trends.Write engaging ad, awareness content, captions.Create weekly / monthly reports for ad campigns, engagement and sales.Benefits
