The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to exceed targets. This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s sales performance and market presence. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Leadership -Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce sectors. -Identify growth opportunities and new market segments for business expansion. -Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and manage budgets effectively. -Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Business Development -Drive acquisition of new corporate and retail clients, including partnerships with HR departments, wellness programs, and institutional buyers. -Expand distribution channels and explore new sales platforms. -Identify and develop strategic alliances to drive business growth. Key Account and Client Relationship Management -Manage key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. -Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals. -Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and major partners. Sales Operations and Reporting -Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies. -Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report results to the General Manager. -Implement CRM tools and sales systems to improve productivity and tracking. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. -4–6 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. -Proven track record in multi-channel sales management (retail, corporate, e-commerce). -Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. -Experience in lifestyle, ergonomic, furniture, or wellness sectors is highly desirable. -Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
