Position Responsibilities -Working closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, product development, customer support to ensure that our business is operating at peak performance. -Analyse data, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to implement process and productivity improvements. -Manage 3PL and warehousing partners’ operations to ensure effective warehousing, fraud management, inventory management and fulfilment process -Managing relationships with 3PL and reviewing service level provided and operational costs. -Collect and analyse relevant data relating to fulfilment and warehouse operations to draw actionable insights for decision making or process improvement. -Managing inventory inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and available for purchase. -Review monthly stock reconciliations and identify variances and cost discrepancies.
