PTP Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking for a  Senior Finance Analyst – Payables Process to join a well-established multinational’s regional support centre. This role is part of a high-performing finance operations team and focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payables support for multiple business entities across the region.

Location : Selangor

Salary : RM6000

Key responsibility

Oversee full-cycle payables activities including invoice validation, PO matching, and payment execution

Ensure accurate processing of employee claims and vendor settlements in compliance with internal controls

Perform ledger and GRIR reconciliations and assist in issue resolution across markets

Respond to internal and external stakeholders on invoice / payment queries

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally within a shared services setup

Proficient in SAP and Excel

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with regional teams
