Providing administrative support to management, employees and clients.
Handling some office duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting emails. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Following up on pending administrative and accounting matters.
Assisting with Audits : Assisting with the preparation for and during audits including vouching documents, compile and assisting with special projects
Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
