Supervise and optimize daily store operations, including personnel management, inventory control, and financial oversight. Monitor market trends and develop effective marketing strategies to plan and drive store marketing activities. Lead and train the store manager team to enhance team management capabilities and operational efficiency. Analyze sales data of each store to optimize inventory management, reduce losses, and improve profitability. Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the stores to ensure effective implementation of company policies and strategies. Handle major customer complaints and emergencies to ensure customer satisfaction and brand image. Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years at the store manager level or above.
- Experience in managing chain stores, with a proven track record of leading multiple stores to achieve performance improvement.
- Familiar with retail industry sales, inventory, finance, and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.
- Data analysis skills, capable of optimizing operations and inventory management based on sales data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage collaboration between multiple stores.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with a high sense of responsibility and execution.
