R2R Specialist

Description

We are currently looking for a passionate R2R Specialist in our GSK APAC Regional Hub based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities include :

• Participate in month-end general ledger closing and reporting of Market’s results. Support in the execution of month-end close steps in accordance with month-end close checklist (MEC) and operating procedures in place.
• Provide R2R and Controllership activities support (e.g. Fixed assets, assets under construction, depreciation, intercompany, journal preparation, cross charges, distribution cycle etc.) and ensuring that tasks are delivered with quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Support in the preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Execution of Internal Controls in accordance with GSK Internal Control Finance Framework.
• Produce and perform first level analysis / analytical review and balance sheet, cost centre checks and transaction posting checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions
• Participation in ad-hoc Local and Global projects as required.
• Support in internal and external compliance audits & reviews.
