Position : Customer Service

Salary Package : RM3,000 - RM3,500

Working Location : UBN Tower, KL

Company Background : Direct Selling

Working Days & Hours : 9.50am - 7pm (Monday to Friday); 12.50pm - 5pm (Alternate Saturday)

Job Descriptions :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Preparation of daily / monthly / annual reports.
  • Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience

Job Requirements :

  • Possess commanding Mandarin & English languages in both written and verbal.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as customer service
  • Must have hands-on experience in using MS Excel &Word
  • Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
