Your new role
As HR Director, you will be responsible for building HR policies, frameworks, and processes, and leading HR strategies for a start-up-like environment.
Key Responsibilities : -
Design and implement end-to-end HR strategies, policies and systems.
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance efforts.
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in setting up HR functions in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
