With eight outlets around KL Selangor, we cater to young working adults who value high-quality, versatile, and Asian-fit eyewear. Our brand embodies local identity and focuses on creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers.  We are now looking for a Customer Support Representative (Front Desk) who is keen to explore the career growth in supporting the front end. Role and Responsibilities : -Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and guide them to appropriate departments or services efficiently. -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat messengers, ticketing systems, providing accurate information and solutions. -Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary. -Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM and ticketing systems. -Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures to provide comprehensive support. -Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to help improve products, services, and processes. -Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales / Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. -Be available to work weekends as per roster, with compensatory off days during the weekdays.   • 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer support, front desk, or client-facing role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment. -Demonstrable experience with Customer Service (CS) tools (e.g., CRM software). -Proficient in using ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries. -Familiarity and experience with chat messenger platforms used for customer communication. -Hybrid mode, 3 days Work From Home, 2 days in office.
