Requirements
- At least 3 years experienced in managing a restaurant. Be able to run errands for shop, etc, buying groceries for shop
- Must have own transportation to work
- Punctuality is very important
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic cooking skills to oversee the whole kitchen
- Working knowledge with general office PC applications
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, multitask and direct quickly
- Must be flexible with working weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Able to work independently to lead the whole team, etc : weekly meeting to improve, achieve target, motivate staffs, understanding the need of the companyGood interpersonal skills with customers and staff membersThink of new ways to bring in more salesEnsure that the restaurant is clean and stocked with the stipulated requirementsEnsure that the company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areasEnsure that regular stock takes are conductedEnsure that reports and administration requirements are timely submittedHold regular performance appraisals with staff, identifying areas for development and training needs ensuring that training is effectedBenefits
