Senior Engineer, Wintel

To provide support for Wintel Servers (Hardware and Operation System), Physical and Virtual Servers.- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) (preferred).- Cisco Certified Network Associate (Data Center) (preferred). - Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred). - 5 or more years of experience on Microsoft Windows Operating System, VMware vSphere, and Nutanix - Design, Deployment and maintenance.- Level 1, 2 and 3 problem resolution. - 24 x 7 availability to attend critical system issues under minimal supervision, partner with other teams to plan, coordinate, design, configure, install, and maintain Wintel based systems. - Review, maintain and monitor system reliability and performance. - Install and configure new server hardware and operation system. - Perform patching and updates on server OS and Hardware. - Review and enforce security and server policy. - Involve in Problem log, RCA, Problem Management log. - Act as technical project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration. - Work with vendors and partners to ensure hardware and software are delivered / configured according to specification.
