Requirements

• Job is only applicable to Malaysians due to working permit regulations
• Ensures sales targets are met daily & monthly
• Ensure stock is always sufficient
• Make sure the drinks are prepared and product is baked according to the SOP
• Ensures all equipment and parts of the preparation are available before and after use
• Keep kitchen / pantry / display case / machine area clean and functional
• Carrying out cashier duties as well
• Provide friendly service to all customers
• Up-sell products to customers to increase sales
• Responsible for overseeing the operation of the cafe inside the petrol station
• Have good customer service
• A team-player with an interest in sales and customer service
