In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.
Customer data management function comprises :
Day to day responsibilities :
1) Process customer requests under the customer data management function for traditional life, ILP and term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality :
2) Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
