Thus, Thus, we are looking for an People and Culture Intern to join our talented team. Responsibilities include : -Coordinate interview sessions based on the availability of Hiring Manager and candidates -Conducting interviews for Internship positions -Liaising with Hiring Manager for recruitment process like screening, scouting and setting up interviews -Process recruitment-related documentations -Liaise with candidates from point of offer to onboarding -Filing and categorized all applications forms by position and department -Assist in setting up phone / face to face interviews -Assist HR Manager with employee relations tasks, adhoc requirements -Assist in planning and running employee engagement activities -Assist in planning and preparing for company events -Making sure all the documents and data are being kept according to company policies -Facilitate and assist Operations team during company training in terms of logistics or adhoc arrangements -Work closely with HR Manager in day-to-day basis [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-tapway-job-internship-people-culture-0]Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Human Resource, English Language, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communications or equivalent -Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills -Individual that is proactive, can work independently and passionate about their work -Individual who is creative and always eager to create new ideas or improvements -Individual who is extrovert, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others -Comfortable in talking to other team members and to maintain the culture of friendliness within the team members as part of HR engagement initiatives -Have experience in simple editing using Canva, Capcut or anything relevant -Comfortable to travel within the Klang Valley area if needed for company training purposes -Possess own laptop -Possess own transportation is a plus -An unending willingness to learn -Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging SME’s environment
