Project Executive (Drafting)

Responsibilities : -Interpret project briefs to design spaces that align with intended purposes and brand standards; -Prepare a full set of detailed drawings for project submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance; -Liaising with the brand's marketing team to procure fixtures and manage related activities across contractors, suppliers, and internal departments; -Oversee project schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution; -Inspect site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards from start to finish; -Review shop drawings, project submittals, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance; -Ensure project construction processes and documentation meet industry standards and codes; -Maintain regular communication and updates on project progress with team and respective vendors / suppliers; -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables; -Conducting site visits to resolve on-ground issues as needed; -Follow up with the brand's marketing team to confirm that all design specifications and requirements are met. Requirements : -Minimum Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; -At least 3 years of relevant work experience in retail design, project management, or a related field; -Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software; -Strong communication and time management skills; -Ability to develop detailed designs; -Proven ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (e.g., contractors, suppliers, and internal teams); -Eye for detail and quality finishes, with a focus on delivering high standards.
