Responsibilities
Regulatory Advisory and Liaison
- Monitor and interpret relevant regulations, laws and standards / policies affecting the bank.
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, policy changes and best practices.
- Act as the liaison party with key regulators.
- Evaluation ofpliance risk in product programme, marketing materials, outsourcing arrangements and business initiatives.
- To conductpliance training sessions for employees.
Risk Assessment and Incident Management
Identifypliance risks and rmend mitigation actions including formulation and to conduct training sessions for employees and / or management.Identify and assesspliance breaches as well as rmend corrective action plans.Policy Development and Implementation
Assist in drafting, reviewing and updatingpliance policies, procedures and frameworks.Job Requirements
10 - 15 years of experience in the financial industry, preferablypliance and non-financial risk functions (with exposure to financial institutions).Domain knowledge inpliance.Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail.Senior stakeholder management, the ability to build constructive partnerships with diverse stakeholders and challenge where required.Demonstrates in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in related fields.Be a part of UOB Family
