The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth across both global and local markets. In this highly impactful role, you’ll work closely with product, content, and engineering teams to shape and execute a scalable SEO strategy that directly fuels business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role involving both strategic direction and detailed execution. You’ll leverage the latest tools, data, and frameworks to grow performance through sustainable SEO best practices and real-time optimisation.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page areasConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to uncover growth opportunitiesOptimise metadata, content hierarchy, internal linking, and site structureCollaborate cross-functionally with regional and local content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO with business goalsMonitor and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, page speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, etc.)Stay up to date with search engine algorithms and update strategies accordinglyProvide SEO recommendations for marketing campaigns, new launches, and site improvementsHelp optimise both English and Bahasa Malaysia content for local SEO (where relevant)You’ll Thrive Here If You

1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house, agency, or freelance) with a proven track record of growing organic traffic and rankingsStrong knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factorsTechnical SEO understanding (e.g. site architecture, schema markup, mobile-first indexing)Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similarStrong collaboration skills across engineering, content, and marketingNice to Have
