JOB ROLE & PURPOSE
We are seeking highly motivated Executive – Back End Support who are passionate to support the operation team in back end administration in particular accuracy of transactions and invoicing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible to undertake the processing of Sales Folder, billing request into invoices to help timely recognition of the company’s revenues.
- Ensure that transaction services are processed in a timely manner and in full compliance with set standards including but not limited to the use of queues, ID, data requirements, etc.
- Ensure no revenue leakage including but not limited to ensuring that all transactions are charged, and that escalation are investigated and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide relevant accurate information in a timely manner without being prompted.
- Work closely with operation to complete all the bookings before the month end closing cutoff.
- Process and complete ticket issuance as requested by operations team.
- Ensuring all tickets are issued in a timely manner
- Process ticket refunds upon receipt and in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure the uninvoice tickets are cleared within the timeline.
- Timely Reconciliation and resolve outstanding.
- Work together as a team player within the corporate operations department and also with other departments.
- Assist in Trade shows / Consumer shows, when necessary, i.e., MAS Travel fair, MATTA etc.
- Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Hospitality or Tourism relatedPreferably at least 1 year of related working experience.Good communication skills for both spoken and written.
