Job Responsibilities : -Meets with the hiring manager to obtain an understanding of the job description and ascertain minimum and preferred qualifications. -Developing job descriptions, preparing job advertising, performing the full lifecycle of recruiting activities including, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. -Define more alternative way in sourcing retail and office candidates. -Think out of the box the idea of how to attract candidates to join the company as well as retention. -Liaise with recruitment agency for higher rank position placement. -Work according to company manpower planning and ensure all manpower in place prior to new store opening for staff training process. -Conduct new staff orientation -Track the movement of the staff and ensure active headcount is controlled within the budget. -Update manpower and staff analysis report, etc. -Establish and maintain rapport with Universities, Schools, and Colleges for recruiting plans for graduates and school leavers. -Performs other related duties as assigned or requested [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-panda-eyes-sdn-bhd-job-recruitment-executive]

Job Requirements : - Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or its equivalent. - Candidate must have a minimum 1-2 years of HR work experiences, preferably in retail fashion industry. - Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint is a MUST. - Hands-on knowledge in Recruitment is a must. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong inclination towards people management and leadership. - Candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin as we will deal with consultant from China. - Experience in handle HR cultural activity is a value-added advantage.
