Overview
This role serves as a key finance support across multiple APAC branches, acting as the first point of contact for finance-related matters and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. The position reports directly to the Deputy CFO.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with external accountants to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial reports.
Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and perform regular balance sheet reviews.
Monitor financial indicators and resolve any discrepancies within set deadlines.
Ensure monthly and annual management and statutory reports are completed accurately and in compliance with corporate standards.
Update and monitor weekly cash flow, and escalate concerns to senior finance leadership when necessary.
Oversee compliance with local tax regulations and ensure timely tax submissions and payments.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audited financial statements.
Improve departmental processes and resource efficiency while maintaining data accuracy.
Contribute to business planning and forecasting, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with Group expectations.
Support the Deputy CFO with ad-hoc reports and tasks as required.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accountancy; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are advantageous.
Open to travel across the Asia region.
Proficiency in ERP systems (especially SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English – written and spoken.
