Requirements
- Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a Customer Service Executive position.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is essential to cater to the needs of Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Practice active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and on-site presence in Kuala Lumpur as required.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in their native language.Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.Actively listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication within the organization and with customers.Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and Mandarin language proficiency.Benefits
