Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the construction industry.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with construction materials, supplier networks, and market pricing.
- Negotiation, Communication, Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and good at managing costs and budgets.

Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in accordance with company policies.Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality materials.Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, budget constraints, and quality standards.Track delivery schedules and supplier performance, addressing any issues related to late or defective supplies.Work closely with project teams, site managers, and finance departments to align purchasing with project needs.Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and cost control.Benefits
