Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic logistics processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipment status.Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal departments.Coordinate with logistics providers, including freight forwarders and carriers, to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and resolve any potential delays or disruptions, communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders.Investigate and resolve customer complaints or claims related to shipping damages, shortages, or errors, processing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant parties.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment information in the company's database.Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Benefits
