Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments and a willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SQL Payroll or other similar software.
- Possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with management.Liaising with immigration and recruitment agencies for hiring foreign workers.Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting.Monitor performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and productivity.Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.Leave / attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and reportPreparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN etc.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review.Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.Benefits
