Penerangan pekerjaanTravel to different outlets around Malaysia for outlet stock auditing. Check inventory stock quantity records to look for any discrepancies and perform correction. Assisting Inventory department when at HQ office with report work or documentation. Keep up to date with the movement of the inventory stocks between HQ and outlets. Update any stock adjustments to ensure accuracy of all inventory data. Coordinating with sales and delivery team to verify all records and current stock in hand. Able and willing to undertake any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior. 5 working days : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EPF / SOCSO / EIS Annual Leave, Medical Leave & Hospitalisation Leave Outstation : Accommodation & travel allowance provided Annual Bonus Medical Claims Optical Staff Purchase Performance-based Annual Bonus & Increment Career Advancement & Promotion Opportunities Training & Development Opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or higher education level with or without working experience.
- Able to communicate in both English and Malay.
- Candidate should be well-disciplined, self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Strong logical thinking skills, especially in quantity / counting-related tasks.
- Computer-literate with good skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to travel frequently across West Malaysia (outstation trips).
- Need to have a valid driving license with own transport.
