The Job

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Architect to join our team in Johor Bahru, working for a company with strong roots in Singapore . The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing our lead generation system by building and managing a structured prospect database. This role is essential for driving our sales and marketing efforts and contributing to our company's growth. The Data Architect will report to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Scrape and curate data relevant to the commercial and industrial real estate market.
  • Build and maintain a structured, categorized master prospect database.
  • Assign exclusive cold-call lists to Marketing Coordinators.
  • Track and analyze call conversion rates using recorded calls.
  • Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Manage and enhance SLP's online presence and platforms.

    • The Profile

    Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Python, C++, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with SEO, sales funnels, Zapier, and API integration.
