Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
Experience with cloud security, including access management and encryption.
Effective communication and collaboration with regional teams.
Prior working experience in Retail / F&B related digital solutions, such as Mobile App, E-commerce, CRMwill be a plus

What you'll be doing on the job

Lead and manage a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical staff to ensure high-qualitysoftware delivery.

Oversee the entire SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring bestpractices are followed.

Implement and manage DevOps methodologies to improve deployment frequency and reduce the time tomarket.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Ensure the development team is equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to enhance productivity.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in ERP (D365), digitalsolutions, and retail technologies.
