Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably in property development or real estate industry)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
- Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented with a good sense of visual aesthetics
- Familiar with social media marketing, digital advertising and basic analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- A team player who’s also able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive in executing the role and responsibilities required for the position
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed
