Requirements

  • Possess at least a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level qualification.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong presentation skills to confidently showcase SunCool ShadeSails Malaysia's products and solutions to potential customers.
  • Familiarity with fundamental sales techniques and a willingness to learn and apply new strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and sales goals.
  • Must reside in Shah Alam or be willing to work remotely within the Shah Alam region.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on residential and commercial clients seeking shade solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate shade sail, structure, or umbrella products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of SunCool ShadeSails' offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and business owners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable sales agreements, while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
