Requirements
- Possess at least a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level qualification.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills to confidently showcase SunCool ShadeSails Malaysia's products and solutions to potential customers.
- Familiarity with fundamental sales techniques and a willingness to learn and apply new strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and sales goals.
- Must reside in Shah Alam or be willing to work remotely within the Shah Alam region.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on residential and commercial clients seeking shade solutions.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate shade sail, structure, or umbrella products.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of SunCool ShadeSails' offerings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and business owners.Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable sales agreements, while adhering to company policies and guidelines.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.Benefits
