Car Rental Operations Assistant -Driver & Vehicle Support

Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and patient male staff to support our car rental operations in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as most of our clients are from Mainland China, and the job involves explaining car features and performing driving demonstrations for Chinese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Able to communicate and assist Chinese customers confidently.
• Familiar with basic car functions and minor troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving license.
• Responsible, professional, patient, and punctual.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays (OT will be paid).
• Able to work independently and respond calmly in unexpected situations.
