Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially inventory software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and reporting.
- Basic math and analytical skills for stock counting and data analysis.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control.Receive, check, and record deliveries and organize materials for storage and retrieval.Maintain accurate inventory records, updating data for stock levels and reporting discrepancies.Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock supply.Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to manage stock efficiently.Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store or warehouse area.Generate and analyze reports on inventory status, stock levels, and stock movement.Assist with procurement tasks and liaise with vendors or suppliers when necessary.Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the superior.Benefits
