Requirements
Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, specifically within the consumer goods sector.
Proficiency in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience in managing brand presence on e-commerce platforms.
Excellent knowledge of consumer goods, market trends, and competitive landscape in Malaysia.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Ability to work onsite in Kajang and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in managing relationships with retailers, B2B clients, and corporate partners within the e-commerce channel.
Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the company's portfolio of 13 household consumer product brands.
Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
Implement and monitor online marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), advertising, and social media marketing, to drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize e-commerce performance.
Collaborate with brand managers and marketing teams to develop and execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches to maximize sales and brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and online retailers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust e-commerce strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on e-commerce sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
