We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in supporting the execution and operationalisation of mental health initiatives in Singapore / Malaysia, working closely with our Strategic Partnerships Team in the relevant markets.

- Support the planning and implementation of strategic partnership projects across key sectors including but not limited to : healthcare, education, community, and government.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and operationalise projects.
- Assist in the scoping of partnerships and development of proposals tailored to partner needs.
- Set up and manage partnership trials, pilots, and ongoing engagements, including account creation and onboarding.
- Track and report on project progress and outcomes through regular data analysis and reporting.
- Provide on-the-ground support for operational rollouts and partner engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins, reviews, and engagement sessions.
- Explore and support the implementation of long-term, sustainable partnership models.
Requirements
Education : University graduate. A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.Strong project management and implementation skillsExceptional communication skills along with consultative and analytical strengthsAbility to work within a startup environmentSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.Based in Malaysia or Vietnam, with ability to work virtually across international teams and in-person locally as needed.Experience in dealing with healthcare, community, government, educational organisations is a plus1-3 years of experience in project management or operational roles is a plusBenefits
