Requirements
- Minimum SPM / UEC / STPM or similar level.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Experienced in general insurance, customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Offices, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to speak and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Handle general insurance policy renewals by tracking expiry dates and sending timely reminders to customers.Follow up with customers to ensure premium payments are made on time and maintain accurate payment records.Prepare and update reports to monitor renewals, payment status, and customer data.Respond to customer inquiries, provide policy-related assistance, and ensure a high standard of service.Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy processing.Benefits
